Dirk Reschly moved with his parents to California in 1973. He attended Escondido public schools and graduated from the California State University, San Bernardino with a B.A. in 1991 and an M.B.A. in 1992. Dirk completed the C.P.A. exam in 1994. Earlier, Dirk held increasingly responsible positions with a high-tech software company. In 2006, with 15 years of tax and accounting experience, Dirk became the owner of the firm his father started in 1973. Dirk is married, has two children, and lives in Escondido.
Dirk has prepared all types of high net worth individual and business returns including S Corps, LLC's, and Partnerships. Dirk is experienced in real estate investments and rental properties. Because of his high-tech background, Dirk has a thorough understanding of stock options (ISO's, NQSO's, etc), strategies to minimize the additional tax associated with the sale of options, and the tax implications that affect individuals.
Dirk is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountant's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
A believer in volunteering, Dirk has been involved with Kiwanis since 1996, and was recognized as a distinguished president of the Hidden Valley Kiwanis Club in Escondido for the year 2000-2001. He also held the position of treasurer of the Hidden Valley Club. He is an avid cyclist and an extra class amateur radio operator.
